KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering conducted their thirteenth talk under the ‘Alumni Talk Series’ on 26th July 2024 in collaboration with the KIIT Alumni Association. In this informative and interactive webinar, Mrs. Ruchika Pandey a KIIT alumnus of 2016 batch, presently working as Service Delivery Leader at Airbus, Bengaluru presented her talk.
Mrs. Ruchika Pandey delivered a talk on “Post-Bachelor Corporate Experience and Career Growth.” She recommended building a strong network within the professional community, highlighting its significant role in securing better job opportunities and reducing work-related efforts. She expressed her interest in helping KIIT students excel in their future careers and cited examples of average students thriving in their professions. Grateful for her achievements at KIIT, she praised the Alumni Connect initiative, emphasizing its importance in enhancing both the personal and professional lives of alumni.
The talk followed a thorough question-answer session. Prof. Lalit Pothal, Dean Alumni, and Prof. Sushanta Tripathy interacted with students and alumni. Few students also participated in the interactive session. This event is a stepping stone to more such sessions in the future, which will help bring together the student and alumni community for the University and the School. The session was coordinated and moderated by Prof. Prakash Ghose, Alumni Coordinator.
