KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering organized a mini Alumni Meet for the 2004 pass-out batch on 9th September 2025 evening. A team of eight alumni attended the event. A good discussion has been done with Dean, School of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Ashok Sahoo and other faculties regarding the current scenario and scope of mechanical engineering in industry. They recalled their memories with their teacher like Prof. Ashok Sahu, Prof. Tanmay Mohanty during their tenure in KIIT. They visited different labs in the department. The entire session was coordinated and moderated by Prof. Prakash Ghose, Alumni Coordinator, SME.
