Dr. Rahul has completed B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida in 2011. He did M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Welding & Fabrication) from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) Sangrur, Punjab, (Central Deemed to be University), India in 2014 and Ph.D. in Industrial Design from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, Odisha, India in 2017, He has completed Postdoctoral studies from School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Jilin University, China in 2020, having specialization in Production and Manufacturing. His current research includes Micro and nano-machining processes, Conventional & non-conventional manufacturing processes Laser machining/welding and surface modification, Cryogenics, and Quality Optimization. He has authored/co-authored 34 peer-reviewed scientific articles in high-quality advanced machining journals such as Journal of Manufacturing Processes, Measurement, Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part E: Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering, etc. Currently, he is teaching Advanced Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Processes & Design, Basic Manufacturing Processes to undergraduates. He is an Editorial Board Member of Lawarence Press, A2/54 B, Lawrence Road, Delhi, India, and Journal of Materials Sciences and Applications.
