The School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT, had the privilege of hosting leaders from Jindal Steel for an insightful Leadership Talk. The session covered key themes including the latest trends in steel manufacturing, plant automation and Industry 4.0, emerging opportunities in core engineering, research and consultancy collaborations, internship and placement pathways, and long-term industry–academia partnerships. It was an honor to welcome Ms. Manika Sahni (HR) and Mr. S. Mandal (GM, Product Development), who shared their rich professional experiences and valuable insights, greatly benefiting our students.
