Sr. Professor and Dean

Prof.(Dr.) Bharat Chandra Routara serves as Sr. Professor and Dean in School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India. He was awarded with Ph.D degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2008. Four scholars have completed their doctoral degree under his guidance, and three are continuing their research under his guidance. He has published a good number of papers in various journals indexed in SCOPUS and SCI. He has the life membership in Indian Society For Technical Education(ISTE), Indian Science Congress Association(ISCA), Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering(IIIE)and Fellow Member in The Institution of Engineers (India). His areas of research include composite materials, surface morphology, micro machining, cryogenic machining, multi-criteria decision-making and optimization.
