Dr. Santosh Kumar Hotta has completed his Ph.D. from the Centre for Energy, IIT Guwahati in the year 2020 and M. Tech from the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the year 2013 with the specialization of Fluid and Thermal engineering. His doctoral research was mainly focused on optimizing the operating parameters of a biogas fueled spark ignition engine.He has published 8 international journals, authored more than 10 international and national conferences and is a reviewer of the Journal of Renewable Energy and Fuel.He is having more than five years of teaching and research experience. His broad areas of research are Fuel Based Engine Design and Modification, Gaseous fueled Internal Combustion Engine,Bio-fueled SI and CI Engine, Waste Heat Recovery, Drying Technology, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Thermo-Economic Analysis of Engineering Systems
