Prof.(Dr.) Bharat Chandra Routara serves as Sr. Professor and Dean in School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has extensive teaching, research and administrative experience of 30 years.Dr. Routara has published more than 100 research articles in peer reviewed Journals indexed in SCOPUS and SCI. Six scholars have completed their doctoral degree under his guidance, and five are continuing their research under his guidance. He has the life membership in Indian Society For Technical Education(ISTE), Indian Science Congress Association(ISCA), Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering(IIIE) and Fellow Member in The Institution of Engineers (India). His areas of research include composite materials, surface morphology, micro machining, cryogenic machining, multi-criteria decision-making and optimization.
